Life another 8 to 12 inches, hold for a while. Go back to first height. Repeat until you feel like your abs are burning more than you can tolerate. Try this once or twice a day.
In the military, they have the FTB for heavy/overweight enlistees to prep before boot camp because they have too much weight.
