Guys, lay flat on your back, put your palms against the floor under your butt. Keep your legs straight and lift them about 10 inches, hold for a while. Life another 8 to 12 inches, hold for a while. Go back to first height. Repeat until you feel like your abs are burning more than you can tolerate. Try this once or twice a day.I tried it.
