Also stand as much as you can Even just standing helps alot. Sounds silly but it helps first few days suck but doing so just releases bad toxins and it gets better

Thankfully I drink almost nothing but water! I dont drink stuff like sodas or anything, and yeah I walk as much as I can before i tire out. I've actually lost 20 pounds so far this year! I do appreciate it though, these are in fact good tips.
