Chomp was basically like a Paris fashion show. More as a showcase of technology rather than a competitive design. Ripperoni, on the other hand, is innovative in that they are trying a novel new way to counteract a known weakness of verts, the gyroing. Other teams basically solve this by gitting gud at driving, but I think they are the only team trying to solve it via engineering. Good episode btw.
