Overcoming his sexism isn't even Sokka's main or only character arc. It was a small part of the character. Yet now people are pretending its his defining characteristic that without he would be a hollow show of hos former self. Sorry it feels like people are reaching for anything to complain about and because they have nothing substantial they grabbed what ever tiny change they could find and blew it up to being huge. The sexism by itself isn't a huge part of his character but it's a part of his general feelings of inferiority compared to the others combined with bad habits he grew up with in a traditionalist society and you do lose something by removing that. --- Arrrr the SS Goku, Mighty fine boat... -fatmatt Hope Frieza doesn't chuck an Iceberg at the Goku, otherwise it's all over. -Nekoslash ...
