99.99% of women definitely can't for starters. 99.99% of children couldn't (maybe a few 17 year olds with good genetics)

Even 1 in 10 adult males is far fetched. Some guys are just naturally gifted and maybe can do it without training but there's not enough men that need to train for it that actually do. I specifically trained for it and only got to 200 though I have a bum shoulder that probably limited me.

This is all mostly true but the bolded portion isn't really saying anything. You may have trained for it, but the actual training you did and where you started at is so variable that it essentially means nothing. You could have started benching 45 pounds once or twice a week, but someone else that would starts able to lift 135 a few times consistently a week is gonna have different results, and he's also gonna have different results from someone that trained exactly like him because genetics is an even greater variable we have to account for.
