Topic	All this Karen shaming phenomenon didn't make anyone more humble or modest

Restaurant and retail managers are far, far more likely to defend their employees from abusive customers than they were 15-20 years ago when millennials started entering the adult workforce. Sure, some unreasonable assholes get free food more often than they used to, but belligerence is less tolerated. Employees can get in trouble from calls to corporate, but there's a lot more leniency for people that (justifiably) lost their temper.
