How is rape or incest 'medically necessary'? Where is the time sensitive context on that situation? [LFAQs-redacted-quote] Doctors are banned from doing abortions if the woman is corerced into it, or in the case of sex selective abortion in some states. Does that lead to a higher death rate amongst women in pregnancy? If it does then I can understand where you're coming from. [LFAQs-redacted-quote] No, because late term abortions shouldn't be automatically banned. Why if the mothers life is in danger, do you need to delay the procedure and get federal approval? That's a huge problem with the process. That's taking abortion out of the woman and doctor's hands.
