You implied that you've still been talking after the third date. If you've already made up your mind, but have continued to lead her on, then you would be an asshole to ghost her.

If that's not the situation, then maybe you're fine. Ghosting is a little rude but sometimes you have to. But leading someone on when you have the intention to ghost is an asshole move.
