Honestly, I think you're paying too much of a premium for 8 ounce bags. If you eat salads on a regular basis, the 16 ounce bags make more sense, and should be cheaper, due to bulk. Just saying the lettuce may not be very nice by the time you finish 1.25 pounds of salad. I agree.
