Topic	Weren't there talks in Congress a couple years ago about erasing DST?

Most people agree that DST should go away in some capacity, but the subsequent arguments about which time to stick with permanently inevitably end up in a dead heat and the whole idea gets scrapped as a result. Lather, rinse, repeat every couple years to see if the relative proportions of morning people and night owls have changed (they haven't). --- This is my signature.
