Yes. And it doesn't matter if they actually hired a hit on him, or if they had simply pushed and threatened and lawyer'd him/his family to the point where he actually did himself off. Its Boeing's fault either way that he is dead now.

Suffice to say that the timing of the event is about on the same level of suspicious of someone in Russia falling out a window after saying bad things about the government. But even if Boeing is innocent of actually having someone shoot him, they would still be responsible for destroying his mental health over the years to the point where he did it himself.
