I just finished mapping out the Cornia region, and have only done the two Lv. 4 missions (for Bruno and Sharon recruits), but all my exploring got me enough shards to recruit Ochlys too (and I found the... shaman?). I'm still within the time frame allowed from the demo, so it's funny I could've done all this days ago. I'm slowly figuring out my squads and tactics. Getting accessories for more PP and AP has helped make more characters and strategies click.
