Usual stay is 5-6 years per house until satisfaction so being on your third in eleven years isnt that unusual. That strategy isn't all it's cracked up to be, really, because you lose a crazy amount of money on every closing. In our case, we just kept needing to move. Needed a bigger house because we had kids.
