It's literally assault

All the people saying "It's just a slap, you don't get arrested for a slap!" are devaluing actual assault (and insulting assault victims)

And surprise surprise, the person downplaying and defending Will Smith being above the law wants the Victim to be punished.

Its not quantifiable. Whether you go to prison for slapping someone has multiple possible outcomes based on various factors including human emotion and choices based on that. It can go either way.

You're the one who thinks millionaires should have special protections; if I slapped a random person for being a dick I would most likely not go to prison. I have had the actual hell beaten out of me by someone, had the cops show up and take pictures of the damage, and that person didnt go to prison. (Because I didnt press charges.) You are talking out your ass, as usual.
