there's lots of demand, the supply is unfortunately overpriced; in a healthy market that would create a powerful incentive for developers to flood the market with more of it in a more affordable manner but i presume there's red tape getting in the way of making this happen --- http://i.imgur.com/A0TAfek.png ...
