Not a chance, because its always been rigged from the start. People like Trump are just no longer bothering to keep the curtain up because they no longer have to. All of his trials, each and every one of them, are seeming more and more like theyre intended to tell the public The system is, has been, and always will be rigged against you no matter what. Theyre basically taking the naive notion that all people are equal under the law and bitch slapping us across the face with it to put us in our place.

I mean, look at how brazen CEOs, investors, etc. have been about publicly venting how frustrated they are with calls for living wages and work-life balance. Theyre outright admitting they dont give two shits about anyone and would gladly throw us all under the bus, and half our population is actively cheering them on to do so. They can do this because they know there wont be any repurcussions; they have all the power, theyve bought and paid for our legislative, executive, and judicial systems to their advantage and know we cant fight back.

Hell, I may get modded for my call to lop their heads off in a remake of the French Revolution, but do you see me actually pulling out the blade sharpener? No you dont, and no one else is either. Well grumble our discontent about how our lives are being made worse, lose some karma if we get too aggressive, and then just go back to our daily lives. None of us, whether here or anywhere in the country, actually have the guts to fight back in a way that would actually be effective.
