Well, seeing as the general strategy among the right is a grassroots replacement of officials they believe to be corrupt with people they feel they can trust at the local, county, and state levels in order to affect the higher institutions in the long run, having someone representing your side at that lower level would definitely be useful towards combating your oppositions plans. --- "We're going to shake things up, Morgan.
