This is proof that red states are winnable. Certain states are. I've heard state representatives from both Missouri and North Carolina talking about how they have Dems running in seats they've never been in before or not for a very long time. It will ideally affect down ballot elections even in heavy Republican counties where the Dem will never win, however they'll at least have someone to vote for and the ability to vote for candidates outside of their district. In NC, specifically, they have Dems running like 119 of 120 seats, if I'm not mistaken.
