This was during a time period where tecmo-koei's PC ports were extremely half-assed. The PC version of pirate warriors 3 is based off the vita version of the game, and it looks a good bit worse than the PS4 version. Controller support is also a bit janky to get working on that version from what I read. I think the switch version should be good to, but just look that up just in case. EDIT: Yeah switch version is fine.
