I thought you were about to say Pirates 4 because I 100% Pirates 4 on PC and the only issues I've found is that enemies don't appear on screen sometimes. Like I had issues with Garp not showing up in a game twice and I had to restart it. Yeah its just the tecmo-koei ports around pirate warrior 3's time period.
