| Punished_Blinx 03/28/24 12:58:55 AM #3: | I've seen both my Mum and Father-in-law go through palliative care and yeah the nurses said something similar. They mentioned the last senses to go are sound and touch so there's a confirm hearing a familiar song and having their hand held by loved ones.
Dunno if it's any less terrifying though. The thought of my body and senses gradually shutting down as my family grieves around me doesn't sound peaceful at all to me even though logically I know the brain isn't going to be the same in those moments. --- A Fallen Mascot ... Copied to Clipboard! |
