Topic	Does cilantro taste like soap?
Esuriat 04/02/24 12:41:57 PM #49:	Cilantro tastes like soup! Really though, I like cilantro and don't know for sure if I have the soap taste or not. It is a pretty intense flavor to me and I would describe it as tasting "clean and fresh" somehow, but not in the same way soap might taste "clean." Also (probably flat-leaf) parsley tastes very similar to me, but a little less intense and more classically vegetative than cilantro.
