LoveLikeJazz 04/05/24 12:45:41 PM #3:	I have a little. I used to be about 220-225 myself at 6'1" and no muscle. But I lost the weight slowly, down to 175 ish now. I cut lots of body fat (nutrition), and built up my triceps and shoulders decently well so it's not very noticeable. The faster you lose lots of weight the more loose skin you'll have.
