there was discourse about this earlier but short version I feel multiplats are generally fine if they are still associated heavily with that system in particular. none of the Resident Evils were exclusive to the PS1 (either from the get go or for long) but nobody really thinks of the Saturn when they think of RE1! Even Symphony of the Night got a Saturn port. Obviously that goes for Tomb Raider too. Sure, but Tomb Raider was released almost simultaneously on the PS1/PC/SAT (RE1 in the SAT was a year late, and so was SotN... in Japan), and not only that, but I consider the PC version to be easily the best. However the PS1 was the one that got more popular. It's just that it's a tight race between RE1/TR/CB so any small reason can work against their inclusion. --- Last finished: Activision Anthology (PS2) (Patches+Unlockables): Barnstorming, Chopper Command, Stampede, Grand Prix, Megamania, Pitfall!, River Raid. ...
