Ah, that's what you meant. Interesting, so you don't do like bench or squat at the gym at all?Is bench compound? I mean, I guess it does more than chest, but that seems to be most of it to me. See, I don't really know terminology. I do know from experience that switching up exercises, even ones that use the same muscles, makes me sore in a different way the next day.
