I'm pretty sure I misremembered slightly, and it's more like 400 on the leg press, because I did four plates today and that was tough. I could have maybe added a little more if I was really trying to a one-rep max, but I also know that wasn't what I was doing for the times I'm thinking back to. So 4:1.
