And I mean this in terms of relative strength. In terms of just raw numbers legs would likely everyones number 1, but this is more asking which do you think for yourself you have the most pound-for-pound strength with

Legs because I'm weak everywhere else, and the only exercise I do is running.

Legs easily, especially calves. I've always had big legs relative to my otherwise skinny frame

I remember your bench being pretty beastly

i might be somewhat close to benching more than I can squat these days, but thats mainly because I just started back squatting again a few months ago after some injuries.

Used to be legs for years but now it's probably biceps/back as I've been doing long pull-up sets for about six months.

For people who are heavy, it's very often their legs.

I am not especially heavy, however my answer is still legs. I've just always had really poor upper body strength. When I started in the gym, I would really struggle just to bench anything at all. 95 is a considerable challenge. By contrast, on the inclined leg press, I have no issue putting four plates on each side, which is close to 500 pounds. Yes, your legs are supposed to be inherently stronger and that's an exercise that inherently leads to much larger numbers, but not by a 5:1 margin.

Yeah I definitely dont think I could ever do a 5:1 ratio for leg press to bench lol. Thats impressive homie!!

I wish it were because my leg press was amazing and not because my bench was awful.

I'm more into the outdoors, never liked going to a gym. Used to run every day, dropped it in favor of biking because running in a big city is more stressful than liberating. Hike whenever possible (less and less these days, unfortunately...).

I voted legs. I had wrist pain for awhile that would trigger when I did arm exercises, so I really wasn't able to work out with my chest, back, or arms. I've recently started to do regular exercises there, in the hope that I might keep up my strength there to stave off wrist pain, but I'm still not too comfortable lifting heavy things. So, discounting those options, it's between core and legs. I'll admit I don't really know how to tell how strong my core is, but I do leg exercises regularly and biking in the summer.

Okay, found time for the gym today. I'm pretty sure I misremembered slightly, and it's more like 400 on the leg press, because I did four plates today and that was tough. I could have maybe added a little more if I was really trying to a one-rep max, but I also know that wasn't what I was doing for the times I'm thinking back to.

So 4:1. Incidentally my bench today was 125, and I just barely got out rep #3.

It's probably legs, but I don't really do a lot of workouts on my leg other than my cardio workouts.

I feel like I do a ton of chest/triceps/shoulders, so I picked that.

four plates on each side or four plates total? Cause the tool with no weight added is usually a little over 100lbs

125 for 3 on the bench means you can likely get a rep with a plate on each side. Thats good foundational strength to build upon! ;) give yourself some credit

Four each side. So 360 from that, plus the machine.
