People are weird about which meat they do and do not eat in general yup. pigs are smarter than dogs, but most people consciously object to eating the latter. i also find it weird that so many people use intelligence as a barometer to determine if it's acceptable to slaughter a creature because you enjoy how its flesh tastes. it seems almost unanimous that we don't selectively apply morality to humans based on their intelligence (ie dumb people deserve the same treatment as smart people), so why do we treat animals that way? it really just comes down to "i have some personal attachment to a member of that species = don't eat". --- I hope something good happens to you today Playing: God of War: Ragnarok <cite>Giant_Aspirin posted [p:979872730] in Would you ...
