Yes its long, precisely one section too long, but everything else here is great. It feels like one of the biggest cases in terms of scope and scale, and presages the grand political stories the series would go on to tackle. There are moments in here that are among the very best in the franchise. Alba is a villain who many dislike but frankly that just shows that hes working. Theres even a Lethal Weapon 2 reference!
