Topic	Huh. Why ARE Target parking lots so big and near empty?

I know people makign the huge parking lots of America as an example of our wicked urban sprawl and car culture, but as someone who lives in an insanely crowded place with next to impossible parking if you are to drive, big open parking lots with lots of space is a pleasant thought to me. Lol. No there's no defending our car culture. I saw a European city's design and it was insane how much better it was.
