The thing that attracted me to the boards was a topic on the anime boards. There was a user called Puggles who said he had to face a gang or something like that and told people not to worry about him because it was his choice. He ended up dying but it turns out he had committed suicide because he was caught cheating and about to get kicked out of college or something of that nature.
