Topic	Why aren't there more female serial killers?

It's just horrible people doing horrible things for any variety of reasons. Black Widows are certainly serial killers. Munchausen-by-Proxy if they killed off several family members or patients. Death Nurses. I'm not sure if we're counting Angels of Mercy if their patients asked them to stop their suffering? Medical euthanasia is still a point of contention because of bible thumpers to this day. You can look through history and find these horrible people.
