Topic	Law firm accidentally divorces wrong couple after computer error
Dikitain 04/18/24 8:53:28 AM #5:	Yea, 99% of divorce is basically splitting up of assets. Once everyone agrees to that, it is just signing the paperwork. So yea, seems odd that since there is no signature you can't really say that the couple "consents" to the divorce... But I also don't understand UK laws, so maybe they don't need legal signatures to divorce.
