Man charged for felony secret peeping at local Target, caught on camera A man was arrested for felony secret peeping after being caught on video footage inside a Greenville store. On Monday, April 15 Greenville police responded to the Target store located in the 3000 block of Evans Street after being alerted of a person recording women in secret. Police say a shopper in the store began recording a man who she believed was following her around the store and captured him placing his phone on the floor under a woman's skirt. Officials say the shopper continued to record him as she confronted him, and alerted store security and police. Thomas Ryan Elliott, 21 was arrested and then later released after posting a $5,000 bond.
