Is there an actual Terms of Use or Terms of Service? All I could find was "User Content Moderation - Rules" which was last updated in fucking 2021

No, there is not, and the mods have no idea when it will be updated. I doubt that D_Toast even has any idea. Not to mention that the current ToU is so ridiculously bare bones and literally only a few sentences long. Gamefaqs at one time had a very lengthy ToU (too lengthy, TBH) that covered things like masturbation, ASCII images, and knowingly posting misleading information. Not to mention it gives next to no examples on what Gamefaqs considers to be "offensive" posting-- a word that has almost as subjective a meaning as "political"

For example, posting photos of animal feces (even something like a cow patty in a field) is, AFAIK, still against the ToU, but you would have no idea this was the case simply by reading the ToU. A large swathe of the population do not find such photos to be offensive so long as it doesn't appear during dinner conversation. And if we were to ban anything that large percentages of people find offensive while eating, we'd get warned or purged for even acknowledging that bugs/spiders, reptiles, diseases, cuts/burns/injuries/healing scabs, autopsies, manmade pollution, and dirty shoes/socks exist (not to mention food contamination.) It would also be against the ToU to discuss zombies and zombie-related media.
