NOTE: Yes. Of course. Both are terrible. Neither one should be downplayed and its not a suffering competition. Im just asking which do you personally have an easier time dealing with. For me its depression. Not giving a shit about anything and just laying there is much more of a relief than never being able to sleep or relax or slow my brain down when I have anxiety. I fucking hate that so much.
