I'd like to see some more stuff in there. Some pinto beans, some diced tomatoes, some black olives, some diced white onion, some diced scallion (green onion), cilantro, jalapeno.

I definitely wouldn't use Doritos and would use some quality tortilla chips and would prefer an actual type of shredded cheese that was partially melted and didn't look like liquified sauce so much.

Truthfully this doesn't look good to me. The shredded brisket is a solid choice though.
