Topic	The thought of probably spending $18k a year to live on my own seems crazy

The worst apartments in my area are still going for 900+ for a one bedroom. I rent out a house. My landlord has like 5 properties. This house is worth barely $100k so hes not losing much money nor is he greedy. He has people who work for him with his side construction job that handle repairs for us. Hes trying to save money and make everyone happy. Love the dude.
