I can definitely imagine like a Clock Tower / Outlast hybrid, playing as an impregnated religious sister trying to escape the convent. Psychological horror elements caused by the increasing intensity of the pregnancy. Maybe a faith-based system with moral choices. --- I've decided to put my fears behind me. I'm not going back.
