A Trump presidency isn't the only alternative to accepting Biden's stance on Israel. Biden can stop lying about Israeli war crimes. Biden can stop unconditionally supplying them with weapons for genocide. None of this is necessary for him to win the election. If anything, he risks losing voters over this. Ignoring that option and framing 'Palestinians die under Biden' and 'more Palestinians die under Trump' as the only options is dishonest, and serves no purpose other than to make Biden's support for genocide sound more acceptable. Just like endlessly repeating all the horrible consequences of a Trump presidency serves no purpose other than to silence anti-genocide protesters.
