In retrospect Maximus was a bit weird. He oscillates between competent rookie with a chip on his shoulder to helpless dumbass every other scene. Thought he was gonna pick up after he had that moment with the raiders trying to take his power armor, but he just kept being meh. >_>

I don't hate him, but he's easily the weakest of the three so far, which is a shame because I think the actor does a decent enough job with what he's given.

Yeah they never seemed to know what the fuck to do with Maximus.

I like that all the characters are written to have flaws but Maximus' character seemed to alternate from scene to scene.
