Having gone to Japan last year, I can't in all seriousness say America is top tier. Their transit, their nature, their systems to keeping everything clean despite having practically no trash cans, their IC card system, their popup stores ... everything there is just leagues better. I cannot wait to go back. It was like a whole new world over there.It's mostly because of their collectivist culture. SpiritSephiroth posted... They don't even have cleaners, all the students need to clean up every hall and room in the school.
