One publishers have to pay gaming systems for the license to make games for their system. Two gaming systems have to pay for publishers/developers if they want them to make games exclusively for their system. And there are deals built into deals, things happening behind the scenes that make no sense to gamers but what accounts and contract lawyers love. --- Starfire: "They are too numerous to fight.
