supposedly i can get my rent super lowered if somebody moves out (i'll be glad to have it at 300$ rent) i'm not greedy. had to start the steps. i prefer to be ahead by 1 or more. my parents weren't good at the planning. --- currently playing: crash bandicoot N Sane Trilogy (ps4) 3rd game atm RIP Sophie the dog: February 2011-april 2024. we'll miss you alot. ...
