We deny groups the right to self determination all the time. As the Kurds, ask the working class. The state of Israel as it currently exists IS a racist endeavor. And the easiest way to stop being compared to the Nazis is to stop doing apartheid, Lebensbraum, and putting people in mass graves.

We're essentially going to do Alien and Sedition Acts on behalf of another country. Absolutely wild, these people never actually learn anything, they have the same values that led to the old atrocities. So they'll condemn the Red Scare or the Alien and Sedition Acts, or Kent State, but when something makes current legislators uncomfortable or challenges their power/preferred policy in any way, they bring out the guns and the historically awful laws.
