The King of Fighters '98 Tekken 7 Mortal Kombat any list without KOF is too America-centric, that game is huge in other parts of the world, particularly South America and China (though I've heard China prefers 97 over 98). For Tekken I went with 7 because that was when Pakistani players hit the scene and changed everything.
