The main character is a soap opera actress from the 80's who brags about how their show has 45 million viewers every week. One character laughs at this and goes on to point out that the show airs three times a week, and that while the ratings "add up" to 45 million at week's end there's really only 15 million viewers. It's the same 15 million watching each night.
