Topic	No one parks in handicap spots, but lots of peeps use the handicap bathroom

It probably helps that typical parking lots have hundreds of spots, whereas a typical public bathroom, especially male ones that also just "waste space" with urinals, have only 2-3 total stalls. Mens room do have less stalls but urinals are actually way more space efficient.
