Well, there's Iran, but half the reason the Oct 7 attack happened is likely Iran getting really uncomfortable with the entire rest of the middle east getting on friendly terms with Israel in the first place. On the surface this is somewhat about Islam vs Judaism, but behind the scenes there's also a serious Shia/Sunni divide at work. Iran (and Yemen and Syria) don't so much support the Palestinians as much as they really hate Israel. If they could sacrifice the Palestinians to destroy Israel, they would not hesitate.
